Can I order a product put on Ekadi’s Instagram page?

In case you want to purchase any product that is not available on our e-store and has been mentioned on our Instagram page, you can DM us or write a mail to us on info@shopekadi.com or studio.ekadi@gmail.com, and our merchandising team will reach out to you.



Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed at the earliest. Hence any change or cancellation needs to be intimated to us by writing within 12 hours of placing the order at info@shopekadi.com and studio.ekadi@gmail.com. Any cancellations beyond the grace period will not be accepted and will not be liable for refunds.



Can I return or exchange what I purchased?

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If in case, you are somehow unhappy with the product, we can offer an exchange in the size. Please note that we would not be able to accept exchanges for a custom made order, unless the product has arrived in damaged condition or is not as described.
